This service allows you to house your technological platform in your own server, or, if you use one of our products or tailor-made development, so that you can have your own server managed by yourself or by Juniper. Should you require, Juniper can maintain your server as well as arrange for all the security backups to take place regularly, leaving your organisation to do what it does best, which is to sell your services and products to the public.
The monthly charge is the sum of three different concepts:
Unlike the usual Housing services, we help you with the setting up process and we solve any problems that may arise with your server.
Juniper provides telephone support for any problems that may relate to your server, hosting and programmes (if you contract this service) during office hours from 09h00 to 18h30 (GMT +1) Monday to Friday, although our client can also contract a 24/7 service, as well.
