Online Financial and Labour Consultancy Service allows your Labour and Accounting offices to be able to communicate with your clients, via your Website. Your Consultancy firm will be able to offer your clients an Intranet where they will be able to access all the official documents which your firm creates for them.
Your clients are able to request information and actions to be taken by your firm, as well as specific assistance on any particular matter which may concern them.
There are three different access levels which can offer greater or lesser access to information on the Intranet.
Administrator Level
This level allows for the allocation of username and passwords for all levels, as well as :
Operator Level
These are the day to day users. They receive a queue of jobs which they will process and which the client user level will be able to view the state of each job. These users will be able to give access to client users. They will also be able to view the jobs that other Department members are carrying out, so that any Department member can see the state in which any job is in.
Client User Level
Client Users will only have access to the parts of the Intranet which the Operator Level or Administrator Level have given them access.
